What Comes With Studio Veil Photo Booth Rental?
- All of our photo booths come with an on-site attendant. This person is trained to know every detail about our photo booths. They will get your guests excited to use it and ensure that they have a blast!
- You will get to choose a backdrop of your choice from our selection (the largest backdrop selection around). If you would prefer to use a cool wall in your venue as a backdrop, we can do that too! Themed, custom and step-and-repeat backdrop options available…no matter the occasion, we’ve got it covered!
- We will provide a variety of props including glasses, signs, mustaches, headbands, and more. You are welcome to bring your own props as well. If you have a special event theme, great! Let’s chat about custom themed prop curation for your event.
- You will select a custom photo template that can include your event logo. We have lots of layout and design options to choose from!
- Your guests will receive quality prints and an online gallery to enjoy! Depending on your needs, we have the option to book digital only. Be sure to check out our package options!
- There is an option to take photos, GIFs, and boomerangs. To create a GIF, guests will be prompted to take photos that play back as a short video. Boomerangs are a short video that plays forward then backwards several times. Needless to say, the creative opportunities are endless. Your guests will have a blast!
How Will Guests Receive Digital Images?
After the group strikes a pose, the booth will prompt them with the option to receive their file digitally. They can do this via text, email, or even airdrop! Your guests will be able to access the entire live gallery online. This gallery will feature the custom template photo strips, as well as individual files.
Can I Access My Guest’s Photos?
Absolutely! One of the best parts about renting a photo booth for your event is being able to see fun photos of your event from a different perspective. After the event, you will receive a link via email to download all the captures from the day.
What is a Glam Photo Booth?
This is an upgrade that creates black and white photos with a touch of skin softening. Are you having a luxury event where you want your guests to have more of a high fashion look? This could be a great fit!
What Timeframe Should We Rent Our Photo Booth?
Our rentals start at 3 hours. We find that to be a great baseline for just about any event up to 300 people. Have a larger event? Funky timeline with multiple “open” and “close” times? Not to worry! We can customize a photo booth rental package for you that includes extra time or perhaps even multiple photo booths to get lots of people through while keeping lines down.
Can This Be Our Guest Book?
Using a photo booth rental as your guest book is a great combination! For a $40 fee, we will provide a guest book, pens, and tape. The perfect package to collect these photo booth memories!
Can Our Photo Booth Use a Neon Sign Backdrop?
Yes…absolutely! We’ll be happy to provide hooks for you to hang the sign from, but it is your responsibility to provide the line to hang it with. Things to note:
- When you order your sign, get one that is “cut to letter”. This means they cut the plexiglass closer to the edge of the lettering vs having a large clear bubble around the letters. Getting “cut to letter” means less plexiglass to catch the reflection of our photo booth lighting
- Height and angle… The best ways to avoid lighting reflections in the images is to have the sign hung as high as possible on the backdrop and with a slight downward angle. For this reason, it’s good to plan on hanging the sign high and if you can get an extra hole or two on the bottom of the sign that you can secure line to it, getting the downward angle will be easier.
- Plug vs battery… Either is fine but look at the cord options. Try to get a cord that will blend in with the sign or line you are hanging the sign with. If going with the battery option, make sure it will last at least 6 hours.
