Studio Veil has been part of my life since 2007 because that’s when I met Ryan, the owner. In 2010, we got married which naturally made me more involved. As we were planning our own wedding, we helped Ryan’s mom make our wedding invitations and had the revelation that invitations should be a product we offer.I was going to school for graphic design at the time, and it just made sense.
Being the wife of the owner, one of my big roles has been support. Owning your own business involves a lot of time and energy, so I try to help Ryan in any way I can.
I currently head up the Invitation side of the business, and it’s been amazing to see that grow. I also do all the graphic design work for Studio Veil; advertisements, print design, etc. Aside from design, I am involved with the Photo Booth service we offer; being a photo booth attendant, making the guest books and designing or purchasing props.
Working for Studio Veil has been the best job! It has been a blessing to see it grow and being able to work with my hubby/best friend totally makes it worth it!
Other things about me:
I love crafts; drawing, sewing, painting, any craft really! I also enjoy cake decorating, bowling, learning the violin, watching movies, and the MN State Fair. Ryan and I have two dogs: Falkor and Lucy and we are currently in the process of adopting our first baby!
